In March 2020, RUSTECHNOBUSINESS delivered a batch of industrial filters fine mechanical cleaning NEPTUN FM series for the needs of JSC “PO” Electrochemical Plant “in Zelenogorsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Filters with a capacity of 1200 to 4000 l / h will be used in production for additional preparation of water supplied to power and cooling of laboratory apparatus – water double distillers , acid purification devices, laboratory water purification devices.

One of the key factors in choosing NEPTUN string self-cleaning filters for a nuclear enterprise was the absence of the need to replace the filter element due to its contamination, i.e. As previously the plant used Japanese-made cartridge systems, which required frequent replacement.

NEPTUN FM series self-cleaning string filters do not require cartridge replacement during their entire service life. It is enough just to regularly rinse the filter element from accumulated contaminants by means of the foreseen direct (or reverse) rinsing in manual or automatic mode. Direct flush operation is performed without interrupting the liquid flow and filtration process, which is vital for continuous production.

At the same time, filters are distinguished by low hydraulic resistance and compact dimensions with high performance.

NEPTUN filters can be used in the chemical, oil and gas, food industries, heat power engineering, agriculture, housing and communal services, metallurgy, construction, where it is necessary to qualitatively purify large volumes of water from all mechanical suspensions.
